Builder Intelligence serves builders, architects, developers and trade professionals. Property Insider serves homeowners, buyers, sellers and investors.

Our standards

We link material claims to primary sources and keep verification dates. We distinguish proposals, approvals and construction. AI assists research and production; it does not establish that a claim is true. Sponsored placements will be clearly labeled. We do not publish unlicensed listing information.
